You can make a a really tasty cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 50 gr. of tahini
  • 3 tablespoons of yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of soy cream
  • 1 teaspoons of rice miso
  • 200 ml of natural soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons agar agar (a gelatinous substance derived from red algae)


  • Procedure: In a small bowl mix the tahini with the cream, yeast flakes and miso and set aside. Dissolve the agar agar powder in a little soy milk, add the remaining soy milk, pour into a saucepan and bring to boil.
    Boil for one minute. Turn off and let cool for another minute.
    Pour this mixture over the other ingredients previously mixed and blend.
    You can use an immersion blender.
    Pour the mixture into a greased bowl and let solidify.
    Will be ready after 6 to 8 hours.

    You can fill your sandwich, this means that you cut it into slices!You can even slice it very thin and does not break. You can enrich your salad, do some finger food, in short you can use it as a real cheese; it is is also rich in calcium for the presence of tahini, it has its own proteins for yeast and soy milk and no saturated fat.
    Better than that!
