Triphala (three Fruits)consists of the combination of the fruit of haritaki, bibhitaki and amalaki.

Haritaki relieves, battle infections and cleanse the colon.
Amalaki contains more vitamin C than any other fruit.
Bibhitaki is useful in treating bronchitis, sore throat, diseases of heart, eyes and bladder.It is commonly found in Indian forests.

This formula is unique in that the astringent qualities of the fruits serve to tonify the colon, thereby promoting internal cleansing naturally.

Experts date references to this formula back as far as 5.000 years ago.

This ayurvedic remedy can be prepared in various ways, as a powder, as a jam, in the form of drinks and so forth.
The preparation is given for the strengthening and rejuvenation of the tissues.
