Rice Diet - Brown Rice Detox Diet

  • Dinner: 60 g. of rice flavored with 50 g of light cheese, green beans and fresh bean sprouts.


  • Tuesday


  • Lunch: 50 grams of rice flavored with two teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese, grilled vegetales, a fruit.

  • Dinner: 40 g of rice, mixed salad.


  • Wednesday

  • Lunch: 50 grams of rice with zucchini and two teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese, mixed salad with tomatoes, celery and cucumbers and one fruit.

  • Dinner: 80 grams of soft cheese, 200 g tomatoes, 40 g of rice.


  • Thursday

  • Lunch: 50 g of brown rice with radicchio and zucchini.

  • Dinner: 100 grams of salted and dried beef, grilled vegetables.


  • Friday

  • Lunch: 60 g of rice with mushrooms, grilled mixed vegetables, one fruit.

  • Dinner: 200 g of steamed vegetables with spices, 40 grams of rice, peppers, tomatoes and onions.


  • Saturday

  • Lunch: 50 g of rice flavored with fresh tomatoes, oregano and a teaspoon of granulated almonds, mixed salad.

  • Dinner: 50 grams of rice with two boiled eggs and vegetables.


  • Sunday

  • Lunch: 50 grams of rice seasoned with 60 g. bacon, mixed salad.

  • Dinner: 60g of rice seasoned with two tablespoons of tomato, oregano, 100 g of light cheese.


  • On the fourth day you begin this diet you can already see the first results.

    Tip: The rice water that remains after cooking can be used for intestinal inflammation, diarrhea and even a fever, since it encourages rehydration.
