Milk Enema

Milk Enema is generally easy to take because it has a low volume (1/2 cups).

It's not stimulant but it works like an osmotic enema that helps to eliminate stool confortably.

Stir one cup of blackstrap molasses into one cup of milk. Bring to 37oC (100oF) and administer rapidly.
The high sugar content of the molasses allows the hard impacted stool to be softened so that it can pass easier.
There is no chemical reaction between milk and molasses. Normally there is very little fermentable sugar in the colon, and the colon isn' well equipped to absorb more complex sugars. Digestive enzymes in the small bowel break down the more complex sugars into ones that are readily absorbed.

Put the contents in a standard enema bag with a rectal-tub tip. Let the enema flow into your rectum and try to hold for fifteen minutes.
Of course if you have someone who can administer the enema to you than you can relax and leave the work to them.
Sit on the toilet and expel the content of the enema. Allow twenty minutes for full evacuation.

The reaction from this enema can last for several hours and you may wish to follow it up with one or two saline rinse enemas, 1-tablespoon of sea salt per quart, to help calm things down. Plan on spending a full evening or up to half a day.

If the enema equipment is disposable, throw it away. If it is reusable, clean the tube as best you can with an antibacterial soap and water. Then sterilize it by putting it in boiling water for 10 minutes. The enema bag just needs to be rinsed with water.

This enema can have very strong cleansing action with some cramps, so, use only when all other natural methods against constipation have failed.
