Cleansing the liver is vital, it is necessary to detoxify the most important organ of the body. Eating healthy food, drinking a lot and eat foods rich in water are some of the best ways to keep your liver healthy. Although there are many programs, supplements and articles that can help you in your detoxification process, you could also implement it yourself in a natural way. The author Arvind Arvalia described how he followed a plan of rehabilitation based on the book "Sunfood Diet Success System" by David Wolfe. So I extracted the salient points and I have summarized them in five main steps: There is great confusion between cinnamon and cassia, so that their names is sometimes confused even on the packaging in which they are sold.
