The raw foods represent the perfect nourishment for humans. They keep the body clean and free from congestion.
Only raw foods have the force of enzymes, which are the key to maintain good health in addition to vitamins, minerals and aminoacids.

The habit of cooking food and working with chemical additives, the use of alcohol and drugs and junk food (food with no or little real nutritional value, like chips, snacks etc.), consume a large quantity of enzymes from our limited reserve.

Scientific studies have also proven that eating raw foods, especially vegetables, can promotes weight loss, since raw foods contain enzymes and micronutrients able to activate the body's chemical reactions and also the metabolism, promoting weight loss.

If you are used to eating a standard diet of cooked foods, meat, and dairy and wish to go row, I suggest you to change gradually. As a general guideline, you can eat one raw meal a day for a month, two raw meals a day the next month and so on.
Eating uncooked foods will help you to eliminate the excess of toxins in your body but this process takes time.
So, pay attention to what your body is saying during the detoxification process.

The following is my suggested list of raw foods. You can easily find them in your health food store.

  • Organic Almonds
  • Raw, organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Unpasteurized organic Coconut
  • Flaxseed in its whole state
  • Organic Ginger Root
  • Raw, Unfiltered Honey
  • Organic,cold, pressed Olive Oil
  • Organic Prunes
  • Raw, Organic Pumpkin Seeds
  • Unrefined Sea Salt
  • Organic Sunflower Seeds
  • Maple Syrup, a natural sweetner
  • If possible, Distilled Water to make recipes
  • Dried vegetables, herbs and spices for flavoring
  • Raw Wine
  • Green Powders such as wheatgrass, blue algae etc...
  • Fresh, raw,organic fruits and vegetables
  • I don't suggest to eat raw meat and fish.

    While the meat you kill in the wild may taste fresher than what you buy in the grocery store, that doesn't mean it's clean enough to eat raw.
    Raw meat may contain harmful bacteria, including salmonella, listeria, campylobacter and E. coli that can cause food poisoning. These bacteria are destroyed when meat is correctly cooked.

    Raw fish is also not recommended, due to the high potential for parasitic or bacterial contaminants.In fresh water, fish may pick up parasites or bacteria, such as tapeworm.
    Toxoplasmosis has also been found in some raw seafood. While rare, it is one of the many risks inherent in uncooked foods.
