Pyelonephritis or kidney infection, is usually caused by bacteria and if neglected can lead to chronic kidney failure.

The acute pyelonephritis is an infection of the pelvis often caused by bacteria responsible for cystitis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus, which reach the kidneys through the lymphatic system but also after a particularly aggressive or neglected cystitis.

  • This juice is effective as an antimicrobial agent, preventing bacteria from adhering to the wall of the bladder.

  • Take vitamin C
  • 500 mg four times every day for five days to encourage acidification of the urine helping to kill bacteria.
