All you need to prepare juices are high- quality raw, organic fruits and vegetables and the appropriate juicer.

Certified, organically grown fruit and vegetables should contain no pesticides.
However I suggest to peel fruits and vegetables such as to cucumber and tomatoes to remove all surface pesticides.Wash or peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Peeling apples, peaches and pears, in particular, can drastically reduce pesticide exposure from these foods, which have some of the highest toxicity Indices.

To make your recipes, use fruits, vegetables and also green and grasses.

Having thoroughly washed and peeled fruits and vegetables, cut them into little pieces, suitable to be easily centrifuged.

I recommend you to drink your juice immediately to get the maximum nutritional benefits.When exposed to air, juices start to lose many of their proprieties.

Juices are best drunk on empty stomach; if fruit and vegetables are eaten in an empty stomach, they will play a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy.

The following are some of my preferred juicer recipes:

Juicer recipe apple, ginger and kiwi.

Ingredients for 3 cups of juice
  • 4 apples
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 piece of ginger


  • Take apples, kiwi and ginger. Cut and peel a piece of ginger, wash the apples and remove the torso, peel the kiwi. Mix all together in the juicer.

    Juicer Recipe apple, pineapple and carrot.

    Ingredients for 2 glasses of juice
  • 2 apples
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • -
  • 2 carrots
  • - 1 slice of pineapple

    Wash the apples, wash and clean the carrots, then mix all together in your juicer.

    Juicer recipe of tropical fruit.

    Ingredients per 3 glasses of fruits.
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 big slice of di ananas


  • Rinse fruits well , open them, remove the seeds.Cut into little pieces and mix all together in your juicer.

    Rainbow drink

    Ingredients
  • A stalk of celery
  • 3 leaves of lettuce
  • one zucchini
  • a small cucumber
  • 3 carrots
  • a quarter of a green apple
  • a sprig of parsley
  • a slice of lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • .

    Wash the vegetables and peel the apples, wash and chop the parsley, centrifuged celery with lettuce, zucchini, cucumber and put this green juice into a high glass. Centrifuge the carrots with apple juice and pour it over the green juice.

    Peach-Pear- Apple juice Recipe.

    Ingredients
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear


  • Simply process through a juicer and serve.

    Apple-Lemon-Ginger Juicer Recipe

    Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • ˝ inch fresh ginger
  • one handful of grapes
  • 1/4 lemon


  • Remove the grapes from the stem. Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the rest of the fruit. Pour the juice in a large glass.
