Vegetables juices are used extensively in fasting because of their high vitamin and mineral content.
Fruit juices are immediately absorbed and also remain stable for a longer period of time than vegetables juices. Both juices supercharge your energy level and boost your immune system.
So,I recommend that you combine them.

You should try to buy only organic vegetables and fruits for juicing. Not only will this avoid chemical contamination but the mineral and vitamin content is much higher.

When juice fasting it's best to diluite the juice with 1/3 distilled water. This water is chemical and mineral free.
Distillation remove all the impurities from water.

The following are some suggested combinations of fruits and vegetables but you can also follow your fantasy!

  • Carrots, Oranges and lemons.
  • Cabbage, Celery, Cucumber, Tomato.
  • Asparagus, Carrots and Mint.
  • Apple,Carrot,Papaya and Grapes.
  • Watercress,Cucumber and Garlic.
  • Carrot, Aple and Coconut Milk.
  • Asparagus, carrots, and mint.
  • Tomato, Spinach and Cucumber.
  • Carrot, Broccoli and Lemon.


  • I suggest a Juice fast several times a year because it's a powerful healing tool.

    If you fast for longer than five,six days, I recommend you to talk about a qualified Supervision.

    Many people try a 24 or a 36 hours fast and, when they find that they feel better, they the attempt a 3 day fast.
    If you have never fast before, you can start with 24 o 36 hours fast each week.
    Then, you can consider the 3 or 4 day fast.
    If you feel confortable, you can fast from 5 to 7 days, 4 times a year.

    Remember: during a juice fast you have to abstain from solid foods!
    So you will reduce the task of mastication, digestion and elimination.
    Never breack a fast with animal products such as milk, fish or meat!

    I suggest you to drink you juices five or six times a day, but you can drink more if you still feel hungry!
    The total intake of juice per day is recommended at 32 to 65 ounces.

    Since no food is being eaten, there might be only 1, 2, or no bowel movements. When you have finished your fast, the elimination will be more regular.Fasting strongly promotes a healthier colon and good elimination.

    During a 3 day fast you can feel some disconfort until the toxins have passed outo of the body.
    The release of toxins may cause headaches, Increased joint or muscle pain,cramps, vomiting. Chronic skin conditions may temporarily worsen.
    Don't warry!
    The healing crisis is only an indication of amount of toxins and wastes stored in your body.
