Gallbladder Cleanse![]() The Gallbladder is a supporting organ of elimination. Its function is to store and concentrate bile. One of the body's methods of eliminating toxins is via the bile, a bitter-tasting, dark green to yellowish brown fluid, produced by the liver that aids the process of digestion of lipids in the small intestine. In the absence of bile, fats become indigestible and are instead excreted in feces, a condition called steatorrhea. Feces lack their characteristic brown colour and instead are white or grey, and greasy. Steatorrhea can lead to deficiencies in essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins. In addition, past the small intestine (which is normally responsible for absorbing fat from food) the gastrointestinal tract and gut flora are not adapted to processing fats, leading to problems in the large intestine. A problem that commonly affects the gallbladder (very painful) is the presence of the calculations, solid accumulations of bile and cholesterol. This problem manifests itself through a very intense pain on the right side of the abdomen. Most people who experience this problem are overweight, have more than 40 years and are women. If you feel this pain you should always consult your doctor; it is indeed possible to remove surgically the calculations, however it is recommended to help maintain the cleanliness of your body without using intrusive techniques. The tipical western diet which is reach in foods that contribute to gallstones and gallbladder congestion does not support good gallbladder functions; so, a good gallbladder cleanse program play a key role in your body detoxification. I suggest the following program to detoxify your liver and gallbladder, based on the book "The Cure for all diseases" by Hulda Clark. There are 2 potions / solutions to prepare: For more informations about Epsom Salt Read Here Treatment protocol for your Liver Gallbladder Cleanse. From 14 pm absolutely do not eat or drink, or later when you drink the solutions / potions, you may feel bad. At 18 pm Drink up on an empty stomach the solution of Epsom salts dissolved in water (1 tablespoon in 3 / 4 cup). Do not eat at all. At 20 pm drink another solution of Epsom salts (3 / 4 cup). Do not eat at all. Prepare to be ready to go to bed. At 21.45 pm prepare the solution of grapefruit + olive oil. Go to the bathroom one or more time; not delay the drinking more than 15 minutes. At 22 PM drink the potion you have prepared (oil + grapefruit) standing up (you can use a straw if you want). Drink the potion in 5 minutes. Just finished drinking the potion immediately lie down on your back with your head on the pillow or you will not be able to get off the calculations. Rest for at least 20 minutes. You could hear the calculations that travel through the bile ducts opened from Epsom salts. In the morning when you wake up, if you don't have indigestion or nausea, drink another Epsom salts solution and return to bed if you want (do not drink the salts before 6 am).Don't be alarmed if you have frequent diarrhea. 2 hours after drinking the last dose of salts, you can go to bed, if you like. 2 hours after you can drink a fruit juice, after 1 / 2 hours a fruit, after 1 hour you can have a light meal (preferably raw). In the faeces you do in that day, check how many stones you have removed; they should be small and many (even 2000) and various in colors, brown, green etc.. After this elimination the liver will resume its normal function. The next 4 days, take valerian at bedtime. Valerian maintains for a few days the state of relaxation induced by Epsom salt on the valves and bile ducts. Related Articles: Symptoms of Liver Failure Milk Thistle Liver Detox
