Lasagne

free raw food diet recipesAlthough it seems complicated, this free raw food diet recipe is not difficult to achieve!

  • 1) Make a Tomato Souce
  • : 2 cups of dried tomatoes, 7 round tomatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, som sea salt, 3 tablespoons of olive , 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, few basil leaves, oregano, 2 dates.Mix all ingredients in a blender and set aside.
  • 2)Make a layer of mushrooms
  • : 3 cups of sliced mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Marinate the mushrooms in the soy sauce and oil for two hours.
  • 3)Make some marinated vegetables:
  • 4 zucchini, 1 / 2, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced red pepper, 1 sliced yellow pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
    Marinate the onion and peppers in a bowl separately with the olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and let stand 16 hours in refrigerator.
  • 4)Make a ricotta-herb cream:
  • 1 cup of cashews (not salted and roasted), 1 / 2 cup of almond,s 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, 1 / 2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh basil, oregano, parsley, etc. .. 1 cup of water. Mix all ingredients adding enough water to give a consistency similar to cottage cheese.Leave it 6 hours in a glass bowl covered with a clean cloth and at room temperature, then transfer to refrigerator.
  • 5) Make Spaghetti:
  • Thinly slice the zucchini the long way. This can be done by hand or witha mandolin. Marinate for 1-2 hours in a mixture of olive oil, water and lemon juice. You will need enough slices to completely cover the bottom of the pan four times.

    Additional ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 1 / 2 cup of chopped black olive,s 1 / 2 cupof fresh basil .

    Preparation of Lasagna: Fit closely together enough slices to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
    Continue with a layer of "cheese", then a layer of mushrooms, then a layer of zucchini. Then add the tomato sauce, followed by a layer of onions and red and yellow peppers, and then again a layer of zucchini, one of "ricotta", one of spinach, mushrooms, onions and yellow and red peppers, and finally an additional layer of zucchini and tomato sauce.

    Flax Seed Crackers

    flax seed crackersSimple crackers are filling and tasty. Here is a basic free raw food diet recipe that anyone can follow in order to make fresh crackers at home.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of flax seed (about 100 gr.), 1 ½ cup of water (about 200g.), 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast .
    Soak the seeds in the cup with water for a night, a day after the seeds have formed a kind of gelatin paste. Add the seeds and nutritional yeast, stirring well.

    Then roll dough out between 2 layers of parchment paper or teflex sheets, peeling away the top layer when the dough is fully rolled out. Dehydrate at 114 degrees for 3 hours. Remove crackers from dehydrator. Now you cat them in the size you prefer.Store in a tightly sealed container (at room temperature) for up to 1 week.

    The crackers can be shaped any way you like, which makes them ideal to serve with different soups or salads.

    Raw Parfait Dessert

    raw food recipeIt is certainly pleasant to conclude a meal with a good dessert but most of the dessert comes to providing calories and no essential nutrients.
    This free raw food diet recipe, is very nutritious and sweet , but its sweetness is given only by its natural ingredients and by dry and fresh fruit.
    It consists of a base of dried fruit covered with a banana ice cream with cherries.

    Ingredients: 200 gr. of dates, 50 gr. of raisins, 50 gr. of dried apricots, 100 gr. of shelled walnuts, 80 gor. of cashew, 4 bananas, few tablespoons of dried cherries.

    Preparation: Cut the bananas into slices and freeze them into a container.
    Soak x 4 hours dates, raisins, apricots, cashews and half of the walnuts.
    After having drained it all, add the other half of the chopped nuts and mix together.
    Put the mixture into a baking dish and let it few hours in the refrigerator.
    The next day you will shake the frozen bananas and they will become a smoothie creamy ice cream.
    Put this cream on dried fruits and add some black cherry. The cake is ready! It should be served immediately.
    Very easy and good!

    Spaghetti Sauce

    raw sauceIngredients: Ripe tomatoes, Dried tomatoes,Garlic, Onion,Soak almonds,Capers, Thyme, Olive, Lemo,Water.

    Take two chopped tomatoes, add a little garlic, ¼ onion, half lemon, half a cup of almonds, a handful of capers, some salt, a little cup of olive oil, a sprinkle of thyme and four dried tomatoes.
    All this list ends up directly in the blender, the amount of water will define the density of the sauce.
