    So, simply staying away from sugar,refined foods and irritating substances such as caffeine,nicotine and alcohol can make a big difference in your health.
  • Any food that is over-consumed should be eliminated.
  • A diet based on fruit,vegetables, fish and poultry usually will improve your health,also producing an increase in energy.
  • Regular exercises and sweating are crucial to flush toxins.
  • Water is crucial to any type of detox program for eliminating toxins accumulations.
    Eight to ten glasses of clean water are suggested for best results.
  • Keepeng the bowels moving is the key to feeling well during a detox diet.
  • Fiber also support detoxification. Psyllium seed husks help cleanse intestine and pull toxins from the gastrointestinal tract.

  • To follow a healty eating plan, you shoul avoid the following foods:

  • Refined Sugars such as white sugar, fructose, sorbitol, mannitol.
    Replace them with natural sweeteners as a fruit juice, raw honet, maple syrup.
