I bought the Cuisinart food processor last Christmas
I absolutely love this machine.
I use it almost everyday from chopping vegetables to making cookie/cake dough. It is easy to use, easy to put together and best off all, easy to clean.
I found the manual and the video tape to be good help and it takes hardly any time to figure out how to get the processor up and running. The video tape also shows some of the other attachments that have to be bought separately (like thinner slicer, whisker etc) which is good to know too.

I use it to chop onions,celery, bell peppers, pecans, walnuts and anything that would require a goodly amount of time to chop by hand. Especially the onions which make my eyes tear when I chope them.

If you like eating salads, this has been a godsend! Using the Cuisinart I can chop, slice and fill stackable storage canisters full of veggies in just minutes. Our fridge looks kinda like a salad bar. It was so tiring to have to hand chop/slice so much for each individual meal (cooking for 4 adults). This way we can just pull out a container of whatever is needed for omlets, salads, and side dishes or relishes. Spend about 15 minutes prep work time and you're set up for the week.

I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants something that really works. I great helper for your Detox Diet!
