This is a diet based only on fruits. The fibers that are left behind in the colon from fruits are naturally cleansing, softening and removing years of impacted mucus.

Fruit is a unique source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes etc ... Fruit also have alkalizer properties that help restore the body to a healthy pH balance.

This colon cleansing diet is simple: eat fresh fruit without limitation of quantity (that is, until you are hungry), keeping in mind that fruits should be eaten "raw", not cooked and not in the form of syrup.

  • melons and watermelons should be eaten alone
  • oily fruit must be eaten away by acid fruits


You should first ask your doctor before to start this type of diet. As a general rule, you can continue to eat only fruit until you feel good and you do not perceive any deterioration in your health.

However, I can say that reaching 2 days is already very good, if it is the first time you perform this colon cleansing diet.

Some people eat only fruit one day a week, while others may do a two or three-day fruit diet once a month.Both methods are valid to preserve a healthy colon.

Tip:Many studies show papay has great properties when it comes to cleansing the colon because of an enzyme called Papain. This enzyme break down the waste matter that may be sticking to the wall of your colon, helping your body flush them away.
