Coffee Enema![]() Caffeine stimulates secretion of bile, wich helps to restore the alkaline pH in the small intestine.Coffee contains choleretics, substances that increase the flow of toxins-rich bile from the gallbladder. This enema, when done correctly, makes the liver produce more bile, opens the bile ducts, and causes the bile flow. In this process, an intoxicated liver can eliminate its toxins in few minutes. This often gives great relief to the whole body. These enemas are also effective in relieving pain. Patients with cancer, for example, can get relief from pain even when drugs have had no effect. Caffeine stimulates the relaxation of smooth muscles causing dilatation of blood vessels and bile ducts. The effects of enema are not the same as drinking coffee. The veins in the anal area are very close to the surface of tissues. The caffeine is absorbed easily and in greater quantities when the coffee is drunk. The coffee does not pass through the digestive system, and does not affect the body as it is received as a beverage. Instead, the coffee enema stimulates the liver to release toxins, which are then removed from the colon. At the beginning of treatment, if the bile contains many toxins, enema can produce spasms in the duodenum and small intestine and it cause a bit drainage in the stomach. This can also cause feelings of nausea, which could lead to vomiting of bile. If this happens, drinking a good quantity of strong peppermint tea will help to reverse the bile in the stomach and bring relief. It is interesting to note that drinking a cup of coffee has an effect quite different from doing an enema. Drinking coffee causes the following problems: This enema, when done properly, will not produce these effects. Note: Two coffee enemas in a week during a period of detoxification generally work well for most people, but not for everyone. Coffee enemas should be used with caution. Too many are stressful to the liver and they can cause tension. After the period of detoxification, coffee enemas should only be used as an emergency treatment, not as a booster of energy. Benefits for the liver Coffee has a chemical composition that is challenging. It contains molecules, palmitate, which help the liver to transfer the toxins in bile. The coffee is absorbed into the hemorrhoidal vein and transferred to the liver. Simultaneously, peristaltic action is activated by enema, causing the elimination of toxins through the colon evacuation. A coffee enema is quite useful during a serious illness, after a hospital stay, and after exposure to toxic chemicals. The enema may also be used during fasting to relieve any headaches sometimes caused by an increased elimination of toxins. Procedure Before doing the coffee enema, you should cleanse the colon with two or three traditional enemas. The liquid should be held in the colon from 12 to 15 minutes. Dr. Gerson found that all the caffeine is absorbed within 12 minutes. The caffeine goes through the hemorrhoidal veins directly into the portal vein and then in the liver. After 15 minutes, remove the liquid. If you experiment tension or spasms in the intestine using an enema, try using warmer water (37 ° to 38 ° is a good temperature) to help relax the bowel. If the bowel is weak or flaccid, try instead to use cooler water (from 24 ° to 27 °) to help strengthen it. The organically grown coffee is absolutely essential. Chemicals, herbicides and pesticides found in commercially grown coffee could damage the liver when used in an enema. Use only organic coffee. In a pot add 3 tablespoons of ground coffee to 1 liter of water (preferably distilled). Boil for 3 minutes, then continue to heat for 20 minutes. Cover with a lid. Then let it cool down to a temperature more or less close to that of body. Put the coffee thus obtained (about one liter) in an enema bag. To lubricate the nozzle you can use vitamin E in oil form oil or wheat germ. The gel of aloe is good. Warning: excessive use of coffee enemas for more than 6 months can deplete the reserves of iron, as well as other minerals and vitamins, causing anemia. Do not use enemas of coffee over a period ranging from 4 to 6 weeks. It important to pause and take supplements of minerals and vitamins to replenish those lost.
