Doses of Candida Diet Recipes are given for four people.

  • Humus lentil
  • Ingredients:200 g lentils, half a liter of water, 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 small ginger root, 1 tsp coriander and cumin, 1 tsp turmeric.

    Drain and rinse the lentils (leave earlier in the bathroom for a night with kombu seaweed). Put to cook lentils and kombu in water for about 30 minutes. When cooked, drain, taking from the excess water. Saute onion, garlic and ginger, all finely chopped, then add cumin and coriander for a couple of minutes. Add to the mixture, lentils, kombu (finely cut) and the cooking liquid in excess. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Then blend it all, until you get a sauce consistency. It can be used as a seasoning for vegetables or rice.

  • Onion soup with spinach, onions and ginger
  • Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, 250 g onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 900 ml vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 200 g of spinach, 2 little onions.

    Saute onion and a little garlic, finely chopped, for about twenty minutes.
    Add the broth and ginger powder. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for about 15 minutes. Then add the spinach cut into small pieces and let it continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve the soup in bowls, garnish with chopped onions.

  • Carrots with sesame seeds
  • Ingredients: 6 carrots, 4 small handful of chives, 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil cold pressed, a bit 'of extra virgin olive oil.

    Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Place the carrots in a bowl. Add oil and sesame seeds (toasted previously), olive oil and mix well. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.

  • Cakes of potatoes and sesame
  • Ingredients: 500g large potatoes, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of chickpea flour, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 4 onions, 1 tablespoon parsley, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Boil the potatoes, drain, allow to cool and then peel them, mash them with a fork. Put in a bowl and add the beaten egg, flour, sesame seeds, chopped onions, parsley, olive oil and mix well well.
    With the mixture thus obtained, prepare 6-8 small cackes. Leave in the refrigerator for about ten minutes. Separately, in a frying pan heat the oil and place 2-3 cakes to fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Before serving absorb excess oil.

    Foods allowed: Oilseeds,legumes, fish oils, cold-pressed olive oil, whole grains, fuits and vegetables

    Food to avoid: Sugar, honey,milk and cheese, alcoholic beverages (beer included),dried fruit.
