The blood must supply oxygen to your body's cells, transport nutrients, hormones and wastes and much more.

Most immune deficient diseases are the result of blood toxins.Regularly cleansing the blood is recommended, especially when you begin to feel weak or sick.

The following are my recommended methods to purify your blood:

  • Water Theraphy: drink fresh water especially in the morning and evening before going to sleep. Avoid drinking before, during anf after meals, since water can diluite the gastric juices.
The fresh water in the morning stimulates the body that is still warm. The water only rest three minutes in the stomach, after which it is absorbed into the blood stream. It dilutes the blood and the kidneys filter more effectively.
Water in the morning also helps the evacuation.

  • Acid Foods: garlic, onion, pepper, paprika, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, clove stimulate digestion, eliminates microbes and bacteria, reduce inflammation.

  • Bitter alkaline foods: such as endive, chicory, silverbeet, radicchio, cos lettuce (outer leaves), mustard greens, dandelion leaf, dandelion root coffee, grapefruit and olive oil stimulate digestion, improve bowel flora and allow your liver and gallbladder to function optimally. You will excrete more waste and toxins, burn more fat and kill more bad bugs in your digestive system as well.

  • Exercise: movement promotes blood circulation.
Yoga and breathing yoga are great for blood purification and to aid digestion and waste elimination. Yoga postures stimulate the circulation of oxygenated blood. When your blood flow is not smooth, your cells lack the right amounts of oxygen and nutrients they need.
