Alkaline Recipes incorporate green and good fats and help your body to burn fat for energy rather than sugar and protein.

Always consider the following general guidelines:

  • Eliminate all foods that contain high level of sugar to keep a balanced blood sugar level.


  • Limit your carbohydrate intake.


  • Eat good fats from avocados, marine oils, flax oil, borage oil, hemp oil, primrose oil, coconut oil and butter.


  • Super-hydrate the body by drinking plenty of Alkaline water


  • Alkalize the body by eating foods high in alkalinity (... simply increase the % of veggies at each meal).


  • Supergreens - if you can't get enough veggies, and most of us can't, then use the supplements or powder.


  • Exercise! Move your body!

    I suggest you to start by changing one meal, breakfast for instance or dinner. Or maybe stop having coffee or soda and just drink alkaline water. From there you gradually start making other changes when it is comfortable.
