Air pollution facts
Air pollution facts and effects in humans.

Humans beings need an essential continuous supply of air.
Various chemicals are emitted into the air from man-made sources and, although certains aspects of health effects require further assessment, the consequences of air pollution in humans are broad.
Inhalation is the primary source of toxic agents into the body.
Of course, everyone is not affected equally by pollutants but there is a wide range of variability among individuals.
The extent to which an individual is harmed by air pollution usually depends on the total
exposure to the damaging chemicals, and the concentration
of the chemicals.
As a general rule, infants, children and older persons appear to be the most sensitive.
So, what are the types of effects following exposure to common air pollutants?
We usually see no immediate effects from the inhalation of these pollutants other than occasional coughs or headaches and so, we ignore the real danger!
Indeed, exposure to small amounts of air pollutants over a longtime can have un accumulative effect.
Short-term effects include irritation to the eyes, nose
and throat, upper respiratory infections, headaches, nausea, and allergic reactions.
Long terme effects
include chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer, heart disease, and even damage to the brain,
nerve, liver, or kidney.
As industry increase, so does degenerative diseases.
Despite the fact that the medicine has made great advances, degenerative diseases like cancer, hearth disease, asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis, are occurring in epidemic proportions.
There is now no doubts that the accumulated toxins from air are behind nearly every disease and malfunction of the body.
All of us are toxic to a certain degree, so everyone can benefit from the process of detoxificationto to prevent or avoid possible health problems!
