3 Day Detox Diet



Looking for a 3 Day Detox Diet?


Before you read about this diet, consider the following general guidelines:

  • A 3-day detox diet is a mild way of detoxifying your body.
  • Don'f follow this diet if you are underweight or if you have a chronic disease such as cancer, kidney and liver disease,anemia, etc...
  • Pregnant, nursing and elderly individuals are advised against going on a body detox diet.
  • If in doubt, check with a doctor.


  • This diet works on bowel function and at the same time, stimulates kidneys and skin.
    For this purpose, some plants with detoxification properties are very useful,for example aloe, pineapple and flaxseed, artichoke, carrots (crucial for the liver purification), watercress ( rich in vitamin C, iron and trace elements), turnip (try it raw, sliced and seasoned with olive oil and pepper), rosemary (just infused with the licorice and chamomile), plums (decongestants liver).

    This 3 days detox diet is also excellent to deflate the stomach.

    Breakfast - 1 cup of apple juice a, 1 cup of carrot juice and 1 cup of barley coffee or green tea.

    Lunch - 1 seasonal fruit, raw vegetables seasoned with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, 60 g of rice seasoned with vegetable sauce.

    Dinner - vegetable soup, tomatoes, onions, grilled peppers, 60 g of brown rice seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs (chopped sage, garlic, mint, rosemary and marjoram added 5 minutes before you finish cooking).

    After 3 days you can return to normal diet , but i recommend you to eat only whole foods, fresh and free of chemical additives, cooked without animal fat and with a little salt.

    Pay attention to combine foods to optimize your digestive capacity.
    Carbohydrates and animal protein should be eaten at different meals, accompanied by a portions of fresh vegetables.
