1 week Detox Diet Plan

This is a simple diet consisting of fruits and vegetables.
Before to start your "1 Week Detox Diet Plan", I suggest you to purchase a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that are the basis of this diet.
1 week detox diet plan
The "1 week detox diet plan" is based on foods high in fiber; this helps your bowel functionning optimally and expelling fecal matter.
Additionally, eating only fruits and vegetables will clean up your metabolism.

I recommend you: do not start this diet during a period of stress; this should be a time in wich you allow all available energy to focus on the cleansing and repairing process of detoxification.

Not follow this diet for more than two times a year, preferably once in spring and again in fall.

The "1 week detox diet plan", consists of some simple rules:

  • Don't eat fat such oils, butter or margarine.

  • Drink 8 glasses of Alkaline Water or distilled water every day to flush away toxins.

  • Avoid coffe, alchol, sugar or artificial sweeteners.

  • You can eat fruits three times at day.(maximum five fruits). Use all kind of fruits liberally.

  • Eat as many vegetables as you like.

  • Avoid animal foods and dairy products.

  • Remember to eat slowly.

  • Take a High-potency multivitamin/ mineral capsule daily.

  • Take a Probiotic Supplement for bowel detoxification support.


  • I recommend you to eat many fruits and vegetables raw, if possible.
    Vegetables should be roasted, broiled, grilled, steamed or poached rather than fried or sautéed.
    Steaming is one of the best ways of preserving flavour, colour and texture.
    When you are steaming mixtures of vegetables, make sure to cut the vegetables into small pieces if it requires longer cooking times.
    Add potatoes, carrots, and other firm vegetables to the mixture first so they can cook a little before adding tender vegetables like green beans.
    If you cook the vegetables, use little water, if possible, and only a low amount of salt.
    Raw Vegetables can be seasoned with soy mayonnaise, little tomato and onion.

    You can also eat soups made with any combination of vegetables such as celery, carrots,potatoes,onions, tomatoes. Add different kind of green vegetables to suit your own taste!
